Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using BottleSnaps (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Service catalogs alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21 in the United States) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your login credentials and email account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@logistics360llc.com of any unauthorized use.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused features. Prices and plan limits (such as monthly AI scan allowances and inventory sizes) may change; we will provide notice of price changes before they apply to you. Free-tier limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify bottles from photographs and to curate recipes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misidentify products — including brand, product, volume, and fill level. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming identifications before relying on them. Recipes are provided for informational purposes; verify ingredients yourself, including for allergens. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.

BottleSnaps is an inventory and recipe tool, not an encouragement to consume alcohol. Always drink responsibly and in compliance with applicable law. Never drink and drive. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice. Logistics 360 is not responsible for your consumption decisions or their consequences.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the recipes and inventory data you create (“Your Content”). You grant Logistics 360 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including transmitting photos to our AI processing providers for identification. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from storage within approximately 24–48 hours of processing. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You agree not to: (a) misuse, probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its AI features; (b) attempt to access another user's data; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or (e) use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Logistics 360 LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; Sections 5, 6, and 11–14 survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI IDENTIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGISTICS 360 LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logistics 360 LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your violation of any right of a third party. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at info@logistics360llc.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Logistics 360 LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
