Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and a display name derived from it, used to create and secure your account.

Photos you upload: images of your bar are processed by our AI provider to identify bottles. Photos are automatically deleted from storage within approximately 24–48 hours of processing. We keep the resulting inventory data (names, categories, fill levels), not the images.

Inventory and activity data: the bottles, recipes, favorites, shopping lists, and usage counts (such as monthly scans) you generate by using the Service.

Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; we store only your subscription status and Stripe customer references.

Technical data: standard logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability.

We use your information to operate the Service: identifying bottles from your photos, maintaining your inventory, matching cocktails, sending login emails, processing subscription payments, enforcing plan limits, preventing abuse, and improving reliability. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

We share data only with the processors that make the Service work, each bound by their own data-protection commitments: Supabase (database, authentication, and temporary photo storage), OpenAI (AI image identification — photos are transmitted for processing), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and our email delivery provider (login and transactional emails). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or Logistics 360 LLC.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in (authentication session cookies). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Uploaded photos: deleted within approximately 24–48 hours. Account, inventory, and activity data: retained while your account is active. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), your account and all associated data — inventory, scans, recipes, favorites, and shopping lists — are permanently deleted, and any active subscription is canceled. Payment records held by Stripe are retained by Stripe per its own policies and legal obligations.

You can access and edit your data in the app, export your inventory (CSV on paid plans), and permanently delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability requests) — contact us at info@logistics360llc.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

The Service is intended for people of legal drinking age (21 in the United States) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the legal drinking age; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security isolating each user's data, private photo storage with short-lived access links, and secrets management for credentials. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at info@logistics360llc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
